Refund & Cancellation Policy

Disputes: If you are unhappy with a service, please contact legal@kgusiame.com within 7 days.

Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a project has not commenced, a full refund is issued. If work has started, a pro-rata refund may apply.

Cancellations: You may cancel services with 24 hours notice.
